Roland Schoeman is a world-class swimmer with three Olympic medals and many world records. He resides in Pretoria, South Africa and Tuscon, Arizona. His athletic accomplishments include: Two-time Olympian, three medals at 2004 Olympics (Gold 400 free relay, Silver in 100 freestyle, Bronze in 50 freestyle), world record holder: 100 SCM freestyle, third fastest 100 meter long course in history, 50 yard freestyle: 19.07, and multiple African record holder. Also, between his Freshman and Junior years at The University of Arizona, he was a first team All American selection 18-different times.
Ron Mendel, Ph.D. earned his doctorate in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University. A former Assistant Professor at Walsh University (N. Canton, OH) in the Department of Physical Therapy, he is currently the Program Director for Exercise Science at Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio. He is also President of the Ohio Research Group conducting sport and dietary supplement research, sport specific training and civil service job performance programming.
