Hello, Friend,

This Friday, we'll be announcing the winners of the first round of our 911 Ultimate Transformation Challenge. (Of course, we'll be sharing their inspiring and truly motivational stories and pictures in the next issue of Real Solutions.)

I can't believe it's already been over 12 weeks since the contest began—someone had to remind me yesterday that it was the beginning of May, not April! But when I saw and spoke with the competitors at the weigh in, I had no doubt that they had been committed to both their new exercise and healthy eating lifestyles for at least 12 weeks. I admit, many of the transformations overwhelmed even me, and I couldn't believe what they accomplished in such a short time!

Now, despite the snow that fell just last week here in Colorado, all of this means one thing to me. Spring has sprung. And summer—and therefore shorts and swimsuit season—is right around the corner.

Are you where you want to be? Are you ready to bare your arms, legs, and even midsection?

I know I'm not quite there yet...

I'm ready for another surge. And the fastest way I know to get there is to up my intensity. Whether on the squat or on the treadmill, I will be pushing it even harder to make my body harder, stronger, and healthier. And ready for summer. And I'm also really going to be hitting it hard when it comes to my abs. Yes... I love sporting that beloved six-pack this time of year! And you can chisel your abs in time for summer too!

Fortunately, there's some great, easy-to-follow information in this issue to help us do just that.

Dave Wells, one of the past 911 UTC Champions, shares his killer combat abs routine." If you can stand up straight after giving this routine a try, you're a stronger person than I. This is intensity like I've never experienced before.
