Within the next couple months, I'll be traveling. A lot. Three different tradeshows from Las Vegas to Chicago to Boston. Not to mention meetings from Texas to Toronto. In addition to missing my family, I'm also going to be missing working out with the regular crowd at the gym and sitting down to regular meals in my own dining room. But that doesn't mean I'm going to allow my fitness to slide. If anything, I plan to use the time to reinvigorate my workouts. I've never been one to shy away from using a different facility in a far-away town. In fact, I find it stimulating to try new exercises and new equipment. I also have learned to navigate a menu pretty efficiently to find the most tasty and healthy fairs from the kitchen. But that doesn't mean I'm not aware of the challenge traveling can be to both a fitness and nutrition program. And that's why this issue is filled with exercise tips and nutrition solutions for those times when you're away from home. Whether you can drive or find yourself miles above the earth.
