Yes, on this board you will be able to use HTML. However, there is a list of prohibited tags that you will not be able to use. That list appears to left of the edit box when creating new topics or replies. Do I have to register?
Registration may be required if you plan to post new topics or reply to existing topics (depending on the particular forum you are using). Registration is free, and you are not required to post your real name. You are required to post your actual email address, however. What is the "My Profile" section?
The My Profile section of the board is your personal message center. From there you can send and receive email, private messages, changes your profile and manage your subscriptions. What is the "Posted Today" section?

The Most Active section is a listing of the 50 most active topics on the board. An active topic is one with a lot of replies. What is a moderator?
Moderators control individual forums. They can edit, delete, or prune any posts in their forums. If you have a question about a particular forum, you should direct it to your forum moderator. What is an administrator?
Administrators have the highest level of security access on the bulletin board. They can control every aspect of the board. Rich Text Editor doesn't work in my browser!

Some forums have restrictions permitting only special users to post or reply to messages. You can tell whether or not you'll be able to post based on the forum permissions which are displayed when you go to post. Look near the bottom of the screen.
