Would like to know if there is any benefit in combining LS7 with the Curvelle product when you know your body's metabolism is very low due to age and possibly genetics?

Thank you for any replies that might offer some experience with these products.

Hi LadyBug and Welcome to the BB!

I personally would not recommend combining both products. More is not necessarily better.   I had great success in using LS7 combined with proper nutrition and exercise. That is the key, all in combination with each other.

Do you mind if I ask you why you think your metobolism is slow? Have you had your thyroid tested?

The absolute BEST combination for jump starting your metobolism is to start a solid exercise program including cardio and weight training as well a good nutrition plan.  I am 42 years old and yes it is true that I cannot eat like I used to when I was in my 20's, but I keep my metobolism in high gear by exercise and eating properly.

Are you currently doing any type of exercise program? What does your diet look like?

Another key in keeping your metoblism in high gear is making sure you are eating enough calories (by drastically cutting calories, you could stall your metabolism) and eating a diet rich in protein, complex carbs and the good fats every 2 to 3 hours will keep your engine whistling a nice tune!

Have a great day and give us a little more info about yourself and we'll help you get that metoblism in high gear!

Kristen

How about this:

First thing in morning take MX-LS7, 4 hours later Energize, and 4 hours later after that H+blocker plus maybe Morph

That is the plan for next month, my concern is if there is too much caffeine, I would appreciate it if this can be put forward to the people of Isatori, I'm looking for a solution rather then a Yay or Nay answer please.

Thankyou!

I've got a question along those lines:  I have both LS7 and MX-LS7...I find that the MX is too strong to take later in the day (as I won't sleep) but is it worth it to take 3 MX-LS7 in the morning and 3 LS7 in the afternoon/evening?

Thanks in advance!

Hi and welcome to the RS board,

How late do you take your last dosage?  The LS7 may do the same thing if taken later in the evening.

I try to take the second dose no later than 4pm (but usually around 1:30p,) and bed is usually around 10pm.  I just remember when I first tried stepping up to the MX, I was having trouble sleeping - but perhaps I just need to get used to it.

Thanks!

Hi,

Everyone reacts differently and if you are drinking coffee or any caffeinated beverages with it, that could also be the culprit.  You may want to consider readjusting your dosage until your body adapts to it.

Have a great day and we hope to see you on the board.  Keep us posted on your progress!
