    To reach your goal on the chinups, do a second set, even if it's just one rep.  It will eventually enable you to do 3 on your first set.

    I can relate to "distracted."  With me, though, it's slacking off on the clean eating. I still manage to get in my workouts every day.  The end result is still short of where my heart knows I can be, though, and that makes for even MORE feelings of guilt and lower self esteem.

     

    Let's vow together to get back to where we know we should be.

    Skinny:  I know what you mean.  I've been sick with a cold all week and didn't feel like working out but did feel like eating.  I've gained five pounds.  Fortunately I'm off to Racketball this morning so that should get me back on track.

    Skinny:  I like to do a full body workout after Racketball on Saturdays.  I'm already at the gym with all the equipment then and it's easier to do when there's a lot of other people working out too.  It takes about a half an hour.  I backed off a little on the weights a little last Saturday because racketball was pretty intense.

    I've only done a full-body a few times--maybe I'd missed the day before and I knew I wouldn't be able to go the next day.  It makes a good circuit.
