I was taking a very low dosis because i just started with this pills, therefore i was taking 1 pill before meal twice a day and after a few days i started to have difficulty to fall asleep, going to bed at 3am to be awake at 6. Made me feel tired during the day all the time but at the same time with energy....

 

Please can anyone suggest something?

Hi lissydk:

Well, you have started off by taking a low dosage, so that is good.  Do you think there are other factors that could be contributing to your tiredness and insomnia?  Coincidence possibly?  One way to know would be to stop taking it altogether and see what happens.

What kind of pill are you taking is it medical or is it a supliment for your training?

One thing that helps with sleep is increased ativity, a good long walk (about 1 hour) outside in the fresh air usually leads to a good nights sleep.

Where do you live, what is the climate like, can you get outside much.

If you are having issues with insomnia, I reccomend a more natural approach that doesn't involve taking pills. 

 

I highly recommend this.  I use it.  It's awesome and I know several people who have used this with great success.

As far as insomnia goes, both Kristen & Eddie have valid points/thoughts. Before going w/Kristen's idea of stopping taking the what ever it is you are taking, can you tell the board what it is you started taking in a low dose? You never stated what you are taking, and providing advice on something like this without all the important information is quite tricky. Any information you could provide us would help. IF it is a "fat-burner", stopping taking it would work or you could decrease the dose even further to once a day and see if that helps.
