Great videos.  I didn't ever have to go through that training to be a school teacher, but it sometimes felt like I was upsidedown and underwater.  And I did feel like punching out a window (or a kid) and escaping.

I will be going swimming this week to get used to being under the water again, will try to swim as far as I can under water as this is the real test. also this will give me some more confidence. by the way I have done this about 7 times so far, doing it every 4 years. but it seems more of a challenge the older I get (yes I know its all in my head)

    Today, pushups challenge completed
    Bench Press
(12*20kg, 12*30kg, 10*40kg, 8*50kg) no rest, just add weight and continue
    10*60kg, 8*70kg rest
8*60kg fast REST, 8*60KG fast REST, 10*70KG (thats better)
Incline DB Press set to pin 3 (33 deg angle)
    15*20, 15*22.5kg, 12*25kg, 9*30kg,
    superset next two
Tri Pulley push down with Vee bar ,
    5*(18, 21, 23, 26, 28) rest 15*28, 31, 33, 36)
Pulley Curls, same reps but lighter than above.

    Hammer Bar Curls
    15*(10kg, 15kg, 20kg) 90sec rest now, 12*(22.5kg, 25kg) 8*35kg

Job done time to go, FEELING GREAT.

Sub Test and later MEGADRIVE at the gym
    20 min treadmill =
    4.5mph 5% from level 5 to 15 in 5min
    5.0mph 5% from level 5 to 15 in 5min
5.5mph 5% from level 5 to 15 in 5min (I don't normally walk at this fast pace, usually stick 4.5mph some times 5)
    5.0mph 5% from level 15 to 5 in 5min too cool down

1 Leg Extensions (in brackets means no rest, just pause add weight and keep going)
    6*(5kg, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35kg) stretch and then 6*(35kg & 40kg) stretch and then 9*40kg pretty good for one leg only

    1 Leg Curls, 6*(5 to 20kg) 6*(20kg, 25kg) Hamstring stretch

Leg curls again this time two legs
    6*(40kg, 45kg, 50kg, 55kg, 60kg) stretch then 15*60kg,  10*65kg

Dead lifts with Dumbbells for hamstrings (wearing belt to protect back)
10*(7.5kg 10kg, 12.5kg) that a db in each hand so double weight
    10*(15 & 17.5kg) 10*20kg
Shift to one leg Deadlift to reduce strain on back and contiue working legs
    6*(5kg, 6kg, 7kg)

Elastic bands around ankles and do side steps up and down gym then backward steps up and down gym (work hips)
30 setps * green band, 2 sets, repeat with stronger purple band, this really works the core too.

Ballance on Ball knees only 2 sets of 60 sec.

Foam Roll for legs (pain pain good pain)

Feel great, I normally finish when the tank is empty but I have been in the gym close to 2 hours and there is till more in the tank. but I know that I am pushing my luck so I had better go.
Looking forward to my push up challenge tomorrow.
