Colorado Law Enforcement, Fire, and Rescue Agencies Answer the iSatori Challenge to Get Fit and Loses Nearly a Ton of Bodyfat While Gaining Over 400 Pounds of Muscle!

Golden, CO -- In the first round of the 2008 911 Ultimate Transformation Challenge , sponsored by iSatori Technologies , six civil servant agencies across the Denver metropolitan area, including fire, rescue, and law enforcement, lost a staggering 1,819 pounds of bodyfat while gaining an astounding 432 pounds of muscle--over the course of just 12 weeks!
In return, Stephen Adele, CEO of iSatori, donated one dollar for each pound of bodyfat lost and muscle gained, totaling $2,251, to the charities of choice for each department, including The Burn Foundation, MDA , COPS Fighting Cancer and The Denver Police Foundation , for their spectacular success. iSatori also awarded the top male and female winners with a dream vacation to Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas to show off their hard work and hard bodies.
The Grand Champions were Sean Mitchell, of the Auruoa Police Department, who lost 31.4 pounds; Donelle Wells of the Arapahoe County Sheriff's office, who lost 21.2 pounds, and Carolyn Renaud of the Aurora Police Department who lost 14.6 pounds (they tied in the women's category), and Robin and Barry Martin of the Aurora Police Department who, as a couple, lost 54.8 pounds.

"I have to say, choosing the winners was one of the most difficult challenges of this endeavor," shares iSatori co-founder and Challenge Coordinator Julia Lacy-Adele. "There were so many fantastic transformations and truly inspiring stories. One gentleman, Rob McDonald, lost a whopping 46 pounds—and competing as a couple, lost a total of 75 pounds with his wife. Shelley Hunter also made a stunning transformation! We wanted to award everyone who competed in this Challenge, but unfortunately, that just isn't possible." Julia continues, "It's a great privilege to work with and help our police and fire personnel become stronger and healthier. Essentially, they serve as role models to their coworkers, friends, family, and communities, so it’s important for them to stay physically fit and mentally strong."
Julia, myself and the entire team at iSatori and Real Solutions are so VERY proud of the wonderful accomplishments of our winners and each and every competitor in this year's 911UTC. Their physical, mental and spiritual changes -- I am certain -- will last them a lifetime! And more important, they will serve as an inspiration to their families, workforce, and community.
