Today was a upper body workout. his strength is coming along fine.

Bench Press
Warm up 12*20, 5*25-30-35-40kg)
13*40kg that was a surprise so when heavier 7*45kg that 99lbs

Pec Deck Flyes
3 sets to warm up then 10*26.g, 10*33kg Last time max was 10*31kg

Assisted Pull ups
5 set pyramid warm up then 10*54kg

Hammer Row, (his back is strong)
5 set warm up then drop set 5*35 then 5*30 (35 was too much for ten reps)

Shoulder Press
3 set pyramid warm up then 13*10kg (expected 10) 12*12.5kg thats 26.5pounds (strong again)

Side Lats (get a sore neck doing this)
4 sets warm up, then 10*5kg (11pounds)

Biceps Curl with EZ
warmed up with straight bar then 13*12.5kg good effort fought the pain to complete reps
Dips 15 reps then 12 reps with 11 pound weight on lap.

Great effort, seems stronger on a few of the exercises, he worked hard and I am proud of him.

trained both my sons today (29 and 18) they are both coming on fine, I can see improvments already.

Legs today
leg curl, leg ext, leg press, calf raise, DB Dead lift and sumo squats.

5 sets of 5 reps warm up on all exercises then 2 sets of 10 to 12 reps.
