my greatest road block to success is my self. i have been working out  since '94. i weigh 228 lbs at 5'4"  tall. i know i'm over weight by some standards. i also know that i have muscle. i just never seem to keep my head into it. discipline is key , i know but i just don't seem to be able to keep it. i do take an antidepressant, paxil. my dr. says that they can make you retain weight. and i have gained consideraly since being on it. on the otherhand i do not want to make excuses. i am the only one that can do anything about this issue.if anyone has something constructive to say or experience please share with me. thanks.

Start off by making a plan, (not half hearted) decide what you want to do.
get a supply of suppliments this will help with your commitment.

Prepare your gym gear and supliments the night before, so that when the idea of going to the gym occurs to you can pick up your gear and go.

I find H+Blocker a great motivator. I take painkillers to sleep at night (arthritis) and they can make me feel groggy in the morning (I am usually an early bird) when I rise I take my H+Blocker (which i make up before i go to bed)
once taken I have no choice, I have to train, either that or I will be climbing the wall.

Make a plan not excuses
