2) Next, decide which exercise and nutrition Program you want to follow.

Make sure it's one that is sound in its principles of exercise, nutrition, and supplementation. Don't fall prey to those "magic bullet" plans that tell you all it takes is "six minutes in the morning" or something misleading like that. (You're smart enough to know that anyway, right?)

Basically, the first thing you'll notice in the Packet is that we will ask you three simple questions about your experience in the Contest.
